Sony's new tablet device will be called by the name Xperia Z Tablet.

Sony Xperia Z rumored tablet will come with a touch screen measuring 10.1 inches with a resolution of full HD 1920 x 1200 pixels. Sony Xperia Z Tablet is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor S4, and 2GB of RAM.

Sony Xperia Z Tablet will come equipped with 32GB of internal memory, an 8 megapixel camera, 2 megapixel front camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, LTE, and battery capacity of 6000mAh. Sony Xperia Tablet Z will come with a very slim body with a thickness of only 6.9 mm.

Sony's new tablet uses the Android operating system 4.1 Jelly Bean, and the tablet also waterproof and dust.

There is no information on when Sony will introduce a tablet Xperia Z, but it looks like Sony will present it at the event MWC 2013 in February.
